By using TCP CareConnect, you agree to be bound by our Community Guidelines.

Please remember in all messaging that the goal of our Community is to help caregivers of children who are deaf or heard of hearing to find useful information, guidance and shared experiences. If you want to share information that doesn't help meet these goals, there are many other platforms available that are more appropriate. Messages including violence, threats, harassment, bullying, hate or other inappropriate content will not be tolerated and should be reported immediately.
Please do not share passwords. Please do not share last names, addresses or other specifically identifying information. Please do not share private email addresses or phone numbers.
Please remember that our CareCoaches are unpaid volunteers.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
