Are you a parent, guardian or caregiver of a child who is deaf or hard of hearing living in North Carolina? You are in the right place. By registering for TCP CareConnect, you’ll have access to a CareCoach who can share experiences and stories to help guide you as you learn about a diagnosis, look for health care options and discover community resources.

Registration is easy. First, complete a short form with your basic information. Because the privacy and security of the TCP CareConnect community is important to us, our staff will review your information. Within a few days, the TCP CareConnect staff will respond by email with information on features available to you and any information we may need to ensure you have a truly personalized experience with TCP CareConnect.
